I love sharing these glimpses of a session with you. Usually, you see the finished photographs, but there’s something special about getting to see the moment that became one.

The dress in motion, the light through the trees… I love how it all came together here. This is a little of what I get to see from behind the camera.

What I love about senior year is that there’s so much to celebrate, even before graduation. Who you are right now matters, too.

That’s what I want to preserve for you and your family. The expressions they know by heart. The personality that comes through in your favorite photographs. All the things that make you look at a page and say, “That’s so you.”

The Curated Moments grew out of my belief that these photographs deserve to be part of your everyday life, in your home and in your hands.

Think you need a perfect sunset for beautiful beach photos?

Not even close.

Some of my favorite sessions happen on cloudy evenings.

The soft light is incredibly flattering, there are fewer harsh shadows, and the beach feels calm, peaceful, and almost dreamy.

This session is proof that the weather doesn’t make the photos.

The people, the moments, and the experience do.

So if the forecast calls for clouds, don’t panic.

Sometimes those end up being the galleries everyone falls in love with.

One of my favorite parts of the entire experience.

Editing albums, laying out images, and getting everything ready for my seniors to come in for their preview appointment. There is something so special about seeing their reaction when their photos become more than just images on a screen.

This is why I care so deeply about tangible memories. These moments deserve to be held, flipped through, displayed, and remembered long after senior year is over.

Real stories belong in albums, not on screens.

A little behind the scenes as I get everything ready for the next senior season.

Steaming dresses.

Refreshing the Client Closet.

Planning new locations.

Dreaming up all the little details that make each senior experience so special.

The Class of 2027 is already filling up.

Four spots are officially reserved, which means I only have six senior experiences remaining for the year.

I intentionally limit my calendar to just 10 seniors so every family receives the personalized experience, creative planning, and attention to detail that Curated Moments is known for.

Most parents come to me thinking about their senior. Then they leave with one of their favorite family photo sessions, too. Because while senior year is a huge milestone for your graduate, it’s also a milestone for your family.

This is one of the last seasons before life begins to change. College, careers, new adventures, and a little less time under the same roof. So we make time to capture all of you.

As a bonus, you’ll have updated family photos ready for your holiday cards. But more importantly, you’ll have beautiful images that become part of your custom heirloom album, preserving this chapter exactly as it was.

Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t just celebrating your senior. It’s remembering the family that helped them become who they are.

I don’t photograph families very often anymore.

These days, my heart is fully invested in documenting high school seniors, but every once in a while, I make an exception.

This session was especially close to my heart.

This beautiful family belongs to my daughter’s tutor, someone who poured so much love, patience, and encouragement into Olivia over the past year.

Watching them laugh together, hug a little tighter, and simply enjoy being together was a beautiful reminder of why photographs matter.

They’re never just for today.

They’re for the years from now, when these ordinary moments become the ones you treasure most.

Thank you for everything you’ve done for our family. It was truly an honor to capture yours.

One of my favorite parts of every senior experience has nothing to do with the senior.

It’s the family.

Every Curated Moments senior experience includes time for family portraits because this milestone isn’t just about your graduate.

One of my favorite moments is watching a family experience their ME Magazine for the very first time.

As they slowly turn each page, the smiles, the laughter, and sometimes even the tears remind me why I created this experience in the first place.

Because it’s so much more than a collection of beautiful portraits.

It’s a story.

A time capsule filled with the moments, memories, dreams, and people that made senior year so unforgettable.

My hope is that years from now, they’ll pull it off the shelf, flip through its pages, and be transported right back to this season of life.

Because some stories deserve more than a place in your camera roll.

They deserve to be held, shared, and treasured for generations.
