20 years later, back in Old Town Leesburg celebrating their anniversary and the beautiful family they’ve created along the way.

Champagne, ridiculously good outfits, walking the streets of Old Town Leesburg, laughing, and having way too much fun along the way.

One thing I always tell parents: let kids be who they are! Goofy silly kids! Don’t force them to look at the camera and smile!

They’ll remember being tossed on dad’s shoulders, stealing kisses from mom, laughing until they can’t breathe, and feeling completely loved.

Those are the moments worth making space for in your photos.

The little expressions, the chaos, the way they look at you right now… that’s the good stuff.

And one day, it’ll be the stuff you miss the most.

When the whole gang gets together, it always takes me back.

Running around with cousins until it got dark, hanging out with my grandma, the adults talking for hours, playing board games, laughter in every corner, helping wash dishes after dinner, and that feeling of home you didn’t realize you’d miss one day.

I only have a few prints left from those extended family days, but they mean everything. Every time I look at them, I feel it all again.
