Wishing the happiest of birthdays to this absolutely amazing lady ! It’s hard to believe I’ve know her less than 5 years because there are a lifetimes worth of memories already 💕 I can honestly say I don’t know where I’d be with her. We’ve been through so many ups and downs. Thank you for everything you do for me, including but not limited to sharing every single one of the amazing horses you’ve owned 💕. So much love in wishing you the happiest of birthdays 🎉

as someone who struggles with anxiety on a daily basis loving an animal can exacerbate it 10 fold (especially horses-who just tend to do stupid things to hurt themselves 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️).
I hadn’t realized how much my anxiety was affecting my attitude towards and love for this sport. Until I was reminded that there are so many things in life that we have no control over and it is NOT our fault if one of those things happens 💕I’m forever grateful to have someone like that in my corner to help remind me when the anxiety takes over that we can’t control everything 💕
There is something exciting still to come that goes along with the theme of this post -Mental Health 💕
