Well it finally happened this morning, I found my first grey hair. And honestly I am not mad or sad about it. I hear young women all the time complain about their age. It really is sad. Women use the age of 40 as a death sentence. I blame society and social media for that! I can confirm it is not! I am 42 in case you were wondering. But I spent my teens wanting to be older, my 20’s having fun and making mistakes never wanting to grow up. My 30’s I was grateful to not be in my 20’s anymore and really started to love and respect myself. And here I am in my 40’s, living and loving life. Doing what I love. With more self awareness and knowledge than I ever had before. I can’t recall a time I was every ashamed of my age nor complained about it. After the year we just had I think we all should be grateful for another birthday don’t you think?! Life is beautiful at EVERY age!!!
