So a little behind on giving Mr. Gary the recognition he so deserves for being in business for 50 years. He started his business in his home in 1976 and then bought the building downtown from Mr. Drisdell on April 1st 1979. In 2016 he moved his business back home and sold the building downtown in 2017. Even though he has cut way back he still is enjoying taking pictures for a few small schools with a few portrait sessions and dance pictures and whatever else falls into our lap. He also had a studio location in Fredonia I think for 10yrs. We was reminiscing the other day and wondered how we used to do it all, weddings, seniors, families, children promotions and school pictures, which at one time we did 15 schools. Doing all this while being involved with the Kansas Professional Photographers Association and Chanute Mainstreet Organization. In 1989 he had a little more stress to his life and married me but out of that deal he gained an awesome son. I have been by his side every day since then to help him with the business. We want to say Thank you to all of you! WE have made memories with a lot of people over these 50 years.

Taking pictures for USD 413 started in 1988 with Alcott, CHS, Hutton, Lincoln, Murry Hill, Royster, FairFiled from 1988 to 1993. We did things for CHS off and on staring in 1979. We have done a lot of smiling faces for 37 years, but it has come a time that we need to step back. It has been very hard for us to give this school district up. Thank you for the opportunity in serving our community all these years. We haven't totally given up everything. Keeping 5 small schools.

Miss Jaidyn I'm glad we finally got to take these pictures for you. I can't believe we had to wait 10 years from your newborn pictures. You are so pretty! Always stay sweet, but I know there is that sass in you especially when it comes to race cars!
