Lately I’ve been thinking about how strange it is that I ended up adding dood photography to the roster.

Not because I planned to.

Just because somewhere between camera lenses and dinner tables, I found myself falling in love with the stories that happen around it.

The recipes passed down without measurements.
The meals made from memory.

The way a table slowly fills with plates, glasses, and conversations that wander long after dessert should have ended.

For a long time, food felt like something to understand with my autoimmunes. Now it feels more like something to gather around. And traveling through Europe only deepened it.

There was something beautiful about the slowness of it all. The markets. The bakeries. The families lingering at tables long after the meal was over. No one seemed in a hurry to leave. Food wasn’t the event. The people were.

The food was simply the invitation.
And maybe that’s what I love most.

Not the perfect dish.
Not the beautifully plated meal.
But the way food gives us a reason to sit down together.

To stay a little longer. Order one more glass. Tell one more story.

Of course there is an art to cooking. A love language in sharing it. A kind of healing in learning that food can be both nourishment and joy. And maybe that’s why I photograph it the way I do.

Because sometimes the most meaningful things aren’t on the table at all. They’re sitting around it.

There is such an honor and privilege to be keeper of people’s memories. To watch them grow year after year and see the power they step into - filled with dreams & goals.

Forever grateful to call this my career, and internally lucky to have clients who believed in my own dreams as I believed in capturing their moments for forever memories.

June 17th — books are open.
20-minute sessions | $395

This is for the moms wanting a few honest reminders of this season of life.

For the dads wanting photos with their kids that actually feel like you are just hanging out.

For the realtor who just needs updated headshots and a few branding images with the props you already use every day.

For the hairstylist, aesthetician, creative, or small business owner needing fresh content without planning a full production.

For the person still using an outdated LinkedIn photo — or worse, an AI version of yourself.

For the simple fact that your kids are kids right now… and this version of them deserves to be remembered too.

Short, intentional, documentary-style sessions designed to give you images that feel current, natural, and like your real life.

Come as you are. Bring the coffee, the chaos, the laptop, the babies, the branding pieces.

We’ll make something honest out of it.
Limited spots available.

Tag someone you know who could use this.

POV: Not every brand needs a full production team, a 12-hour shoot day, or months of planning to stay visible. There is a time and place for that.

Sometimes you just need a place to create consistently.

Social House was built for the business owner who needs fresh content without reinventing the wheel every month - updated portraits, behind-the-scenes moments, product imagery, lifestyle storytelling, content for launches, websites, social media, and the everyday pieces that keep your business moving forward.

Think of it as your creative home base:
• intentional imagery
• short-form content capture
• documentary-style moments
• brand storytelling that evolves with you
• a consistent visual library instead of scrambling for content

Because the brands people remember usually aren’t the loudest. They’re the ones that keep showing up.

Warmly.
Clearly.
Consistently.

Social House is for the founder building something meaningful and wanting visuals that grow alongside it.

The door’s open when you’re ready to create. Shoot a DM to get started today.

it’s my birthday month… 🎂
and while some people stress about age, I usually lean into a full John Hughes movie binge.

Growing up, I always resonated with that line from The Breakfast Club… Each of us is a brain... and an athlete... and a basket case... a princess... and a criminal… you’re always just trying to find where you fit in.

I never felt like I fit at just one table - and maybe that’s why I’ve always believed there should be a place for everyone.

because life moves in seasons -
and we’re allowed to move with it.

THIS package was built to meet you in whatever season you’re in.

your littles, just as they are right now.
your headshots, as you grow your business.
your products + brand, as your ideas come to life.
your family- milestones, moments, and everything in between.

12 sessions, once a month… meet me at the table.

20-minute session - intentional, simple, yours.

There’s always a quiet haze after this season — when the last shutter clicks, the lights dim, and I finally get to sit with the stories we made. 🤍

I always forget to post this time of year because I’m so deeply wrapped up in my clients - in their hopes, their expectations, in creating something that feels a little bit like holiday magic. And then comes this part… the stillness. Sifting through the photos. Realizing I didn’t just take pictures - I helped hold moments that get carried forward forever.

This one feels especially close to my heart. Three years ago, we were celebrating first, new chapters - not just for me, but for my friend. (See the last photos for that moment.) And here we are now, three years later, standing in the same kind of light, recreating the magic - only this time with new memories, deeper meaning, and so much gratitude.

These are the glimmers I’ll never take for granted. The ones that remind me why I do this. I’m endlessly thankful for this career, for the people who trust me with their stories, and for every soul who’s supported me along the way. 🤍✨

In this industry, doors rarely open because you knock… they open because someone you’ve worked with, trusted, laughed with, or traveled for, says your name with confidence.

That’s the part no one talks about enough… how referral-based this work really is.

How the relationships you nurture year after year quietly grow roots and suddenly you find yourself stepping into new spaces, new cities, new stories - just like the one in these photos.

I’ve traveled outside Phoenix for clients who became friends, and friends who became the reason new clients found me.

This business is strategy, yes - but mostly its connection.

Mostly it’s trust.

Mostly it’s the little “extras” I’ll always try to give, because you deserve to feel seen in the process.

And as I look toward 2026, dreaming up what’s next…What’s one thing you’d love to see from my business next year?

Your answers help me grow in all the right ways. 🤍

I read a post recently that said, “you’d be surprised by how many friends and people read and watch your posts but make sure to not like anything.”

And honestly… that hit harder than I expected.

Before Mel Robbins had her “Let Them” moment, Tyler Perry had already given us the wisdom: “figure out what part of the tree they are… and let them go.” I’ve watched that clip every single month for over three years. It’s guided me through this season - the work I choose, the clients who’ve found me, the version of myself I’m rebuilding toward.

Somewhere in that journey, I started reaching out to the people who felt aligned. Coffee meetups turned into a circle of women who found common ground, shared stories, and supported each other in a way that felt like we were all exhaling at the same time.

And somewhere in there… I stopped needing validation.
I watched my Instagram from the quiet corners, not for the likes or the applause, but for the ones who took a few minutes to respond, connect, and make me feel truly seen.

There is a difference.
And once you notice it, you can’t unsee it.

Because it stops being about status and becomes about connection - the real kind. The kind that fills your cup with the right ingredients: honesty, depth, warmth, and the feeling of being understood without having to ask for it.

Maybe that’s the secret no one tells you…
that your world shifts the moment you choose the people who pour back into you.

Here’s to the ones who show up with intention.
The ones who stay.
The ones who see you - even in the quiet. ✨
