This photoshoot was about so much more than creating beautiful images. It was about honoring culture, tradition, and the stories carried through Native American regalia. Every piece represents history, identity, artistry, and generations of meaning that deserve to be seen with respect and intention.
Photography has the ability to freeze a moment in time, but my hope with these images is that they do more than that. I hope they reflect the strength, pride, and beauty that live within Native culture, and that they do justice to something far greater than a photograph itself. Traditions like jingle dresses for example are not just costumes or trends- they are living expressions of heritage and connection.
I'm so grateful for the opportunity to help tell a story through my lense, and to approach it with the care and respect it deserves.
