Tomorrow, one of my dearest friends gets to marry her person. 🤍

I may not be behind the camera for Kirstie & Mark’s wedding day, but I feel so lucky that I got to capture this little piece of their story with their engagement photos.

Kirstie, I am so incredibly proud of you, and it makes me so happy to see you loved by someone who truly sees and appreciates the amazing person you are. Watching you and Mark find each other and build this life together has been such a beautiful thing to witness.

These two have already weathered their share of storms together, so when an actual storm rolled through during their engagement session, it somehow felt perfectly fitting. And instead of running from it, we embraced it, and ended up with some of my favorite images from the evening. A little reminder that sometimes there’s something pretty incredible waiting on the other side of the storm. 🤍

You two deserve all the happiness that’s coming your way, and I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate you tomorrow. Here’s to Kirstie & Mark, to finding your person, weathering the storms together, and to the beginning of one incredible new chapter.

It’s Leah & Dusty’s anniversary week, which feels like the perfect excuse to finally share a few favorites from their beautiful wedding day. 🤍

This one was extra special for me.

I was lucky enough to know both Leah and Dusty back in our college days at MSU in Bozeman, long before either of them knew where life would eventually lead. To watch their paths cross years later, and to see them find each other at a time when they both needed it most, has been such an incredible thing to witness.

Their wedding day was everything. So much happiness. So much emotion. So much genuine love between not only the two of them and their blended family, but everyone who came to celebrate alongside them.

Leah & Dusty, I couldn’t be happier that life brought the two of you together. Thank you for trusting me to capture your love, for letting me celebrate alongside you, and for allowing me to be a little part of your story.

Happy anniversary, you two. 🤍 Here’s to everything that brought you together and all the beautiful chapters still ahead.

Some mornings are just extra special. 🤍

One of the greatest compliments I can receive as a wedding photographer is when a fellow wedding vendor trusts me to capture one of the biggest days of their life. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Lauren at Steamboat Resort for several weddings over the years, and now it’s finally her turn.

Spending the morning a few weeks ago with Lauren & Dave for their engagement session was such a joy, and seeing their love for each other made me even more excited for their wedding this September. I already know it’s going to be an incredible day, and I’m so honored they chose me to be the one to tell their story.

Some wedding days just feel magical from beginning to end… and Elisa + Jesse’s was one of them. 🤍

On July 4th, surrounded by their loved ones and the beauty of the Colorado mountains, these two said “I do” at Four Points on top of Mt. Werner at Steamboat Resort. The views were incredible, but somehow they still weren’t as breathtaking as the way these two looked at each other all day long.

There is something so special about photographing a wedding where every moment feels genuine. The happy tears, the laughter, the quiet moments in between, and the celebration that follows. Those are the memories that deserve to be preserved.

Congratulations, Elisa and Jesse! Thank you for trusting me to document such an unforgettable day. Wishing you a lifetime of adventures, laughter, and love. ❤️

Who says family photos have to be serious?

That’s exactly why I love sessions like this. 🤍

Family photos don’t have to happen in a perfectly manicured field at sunset (although I love those too!). Your photo session should feel like you. Whether that’s chasing your kids through a carnival, hiking your favorite trail, splashing in a creek, or simply laughing together, the best photos happen when you’re making memories and not worrying about posing.

Because years from now, your kids won’t remember whether everyone smiled perfectly at the camera. They’ll remember the games they played, the treats they shared, the way you held their hand, and the joy of simply being together.
