The absolute best way to kick off wedding season 🤍

Getting to spend the day celebrating these two was so special, and even more meaningful because they’re family. The whole day felt so relaxed, joyful, and full of the sweetest little moments. From the thoughtful details, to the happy tears, to everyone packed on the dance floor by the end of the night… it was one of those weddings you never wanted to leave.

So thankful we got to be part of such a beautiful day and document the start of this next chapter for them. Wedding season is officially off to a pretty amazing start ✨

This weekend the weather finally decided to cooperate and Jon started planting.

With a rescheduled session on Sunday, I took my chance at some planting photos with my own kids. I told them to throw on their best “farm outfits,” grabbed a blanket from motherhood sessions the day before, picked up pizza, and off we went.

Because if there’s one thing my kids will always say yes to… it’s a pizza date in the field with Dad🍕🌱

I only have 9 dates left for May, June, and July. Between kids’ sports, fair week, summer camps, and a little family time, I won’t be opening any additional dates.

I love being invited out to your farms for sessions — I will never say no to a fun in-home farm session. The real life, the chaos, the dirt… it just works every time.

I really want to do a spring planting ➝ fall harvest session. Start in the dirt, end in the golden fields.

Around here, the kids have officially started their summer countdown and are already building their “places to go” list…

Planting season.
