Birthday Post - For years I kept quiet about my birthday, and then people started asking why I never mentioned it. So here it isβanother year has gone by.
Iβm doing my best to stay active, keep exploring, keep creating and try feel younger then my biological age.
This is one of my favorite photos from last year that somehow never made it to a post, so today seems like a good time to share it.
While the New Year officially begins in January, for me thereβs something about the fresh green leaves of spring that feels just as much like a new beginning. The trees come back to life, everything feels renewed, and itβs a reminder that every year brings something new.
I took this photo along a birch-lined path last spring. I went there because I love the fresh green colors of the season, and I thought it would make a nice companion to a fall photo I took from the same location.
For whatever reason, I never got around to editing or posting it. It sat untouched for a year until today, when it felt like the perfect photo to share on my birthday.
