Freedom Service Dogs recently paired these two!
Mallory is a school resource officer with the Littleton Police Department. She was partnered with facility dog Thistle, who will become the first facility dog to be matched with a school resource officer in Littleton!
Thistle looks a little different than most Freedom Service Dogs because he’s a cross between a Newfoundland and a golden retriever. With Mallory as his partner, he will help create a welcoming and supportive educational environment for students while strengthening positive connections between youth and law enforcement.
