Imagine your child looking up at Santa and realizing… HE KNOWS. ❤️ That little look of wonder is what I can’t wait to capture.

Santa is coming to Willow Lane, and LOOK at the image of our NEW backdrop! ✨ Vintage toys, warm wood, and the coziest little Christmas corner—it feels like stepping into Santa’s own sitting room. Picture your kiddos here, sharing their Christmas wishes with him.

The Santa photo is a favorite from last year; the backdrop image is a peek at the magic we’re creating THIS year!

Our Enchanted Santa sessions give your kiddos about 15 minutes with Santa to share their wishes, ask their questions, and take it all in. Before your visit, you’ll fill out a questionnaire so he can learn about their interests, pets, and even their Elf on the Shelf’s name! Those little details make their time together feel personal. ❤️

🎄 Here are the details:

• About 15 minutes of personal time with Santa while I photograph those sweet moments.
• A keepsake ornament to take home.
• Immediate family only; pricing includes up to two children. Each additional child is $25.
• $50 reserves your session, with $250 due that day ($300 total).
• Willow Lane Photography | 119 S. Main St., downtown Celina.
• Images delivered by the first week of December.

He’s BAAAACK!!! 🎅✨ Santa is coming to Willow Lane in early November, and if you were here last year… you KNOW.

He knew their pets’ names. Their elves. Their activities. All those little details that had kids looking at their parents like, “WAIT… HOW DOES HE KNOW THAT?!” 🤯

Their little minds? BLOWN. And watching them realize Santa really knew THEM was pretty magical for the grown-ups, too. ❤️ Literal tears!

Scroll through for a peek at the full experience last year: checking Santa’s list, sharing their own Christmas wishes, reading stories, sneaking in hugs, and getting down on the floor to play. There were belly laughs, wide eyes, and a few “better not pout” moments, too. 😂

We captured sibling photos, individual portraits, and family pictures—even the four-legged family members joined in! And the kiddos took home a photo ornament to remember their visit with THE big guy. 🎄

Those little conversations and reactions are what make this so special. We’re making it even more amazing this year, and I cannot wait to see those faces!

These are for immediate families and will take place at my home just north of Celina. Short, sweet, painless for Dad 😂, and plenty of time for me to get the posed “everyone look at me” photo AND all the fun stuff in between!

You don’t have to get the WHOLE family together to get pictures with Mom and Dad.

Around here, some us you come from ginormous families. 😂

I’m talking 8, 10, 12, 15 siblings. Then everybody gets married. I'm talking the big families where cousins kids aren't on the guest list to said wedding because there just aren't any venues that can support that big ole load! lol Then there are approximately 47 grandchildren, 16 sports schedules, work schedules, vacations, somebody farming (Don't you even mention photos during HARVEST!), somebody coaching and inevitably one person who can’t make the ONE date everyone else can.

So everybody says, “We’ll do family pictures when we can get everyone together.”

And then another year goes by.

Don’t do that.

If you’re booking a family session with me and you want Mom and Dad there, bring them.

We can photograph your family. Your kids with Grandma and Grandpa. You with your parents. Your parents together. Whatever relationships are standing in front of me that day.

It doesn’t have to become a 60-person extended-family session just because Grandma walked into the field. 😂

And I promise you—the photograph of you with your mom when you’re 42 matters every bit as much as the photograph of you with her when you were 4.

Stop waiting until everybody’s schedule magically aligns.

Bring Mom.

Bring Dad.

Get in the dang picture!

Wanna know a secret … 🤫

I shoot for Photoshop. But I don’t ONLY deliver the Photoshop picture.

When I’m photographing a big—or particularly chaotic 😂—family, I’m not waiting around hoping the stars align and every single person gives me a genuine smile at exactly the same moment.

I keep shooting.

I’m talking to one kid. Picking on another. Asking Sister why she isn’t smiling. Telling somebody they’re so cute they’re making me want to vomit. Making Dad laugh when he’s trying very hard not to.

I’m collecting the pieces.

Eventually, everybody gives me what I need. And I’ll meticulously put those moments together to create the one beautiful family photograph where everybody looks genuinely happy at the same time.

But here’s the thing:

I don’t throw away all the ingredients.

Because those are your people, too.

I want Mom to see the faces her kids actually made. The sibling looks. The ridiculousness. The real laughs. The tiny moments that happened while I was working toward that finished photograph.

And honestly, I want you to see the work that went into creating it.

The perfect photograph might be the one you hang on the wall.

But sometimes the ingredients are the ones that make you laugh ten years from now.

So yes, I’ll build you the wall photo. I'm thinking of starting to do the opposite of ALLLL of this too, what do you think?!?! 🤣

But I’m giving you your people, too. Even when they face plant!
