Big news for Merissa Mist Moments 🤍

I am so honored to share that I have been approved as a volunteer photographer for Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep.

This is such a meaningful step for me and my photography journey. NILMDTS provides remembrance photography for families experiencing the heartbreaking loss of a baby, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to use my camera in a way that can bring even the smallest bit of comfort during such an unimaginable time.

This is something I do not take lightly. To the families who have babies born sleeping or who face the loss of their little one, your baby’s story matters. Their life matters. Their tiny details, their love, and their memory deserve to be honored.

I still have training to complete, but I am so thankful for this opportunity and for the chance to serve families in such a tender and important way. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who has supported my photography journey this is truly one of the most meaningful opportunities I have ever been given.

Studio 108 is getting SO close to being finished! The floors are officially in, and it already feels like such a huge transformation.

All we have left is baseboards and putting up one wall… then comes the part I’ve been waiting for decorating and bringing the whole vision to life. 🤍

Seeing it come together makes my heart so full. I can’t wait to share this space with you all so soon!

Studio update 🤍

We know things have been moving a little slower than we originally hoped, but we wanted to give a quick update!

We still haven’t been able to get the floors put in yet because our AC unit went out, and with this heat, we aren’t able to lay flooring properly right now. We’re waiting for good weather so the unit can be lifted and placed on top of the building, and we also have someone coming to take care of a few electrical things.

It’s slowly coming together, even if it feels like it’s been one thing after another. But on the bright side, our signs are going up, and that makes everything feel a little more real!

We are so excited to keep making progress and cannot wait to have the studio finished and ready for everyone to use.

Thank you all for being patient and cheering us on through the process. Studio 108 is getting there, one step at a time. 🫶🏼
