Breaking news...the blog is back!😅

Before our session, mom told me she was worried her two-year-old wouldn't sit still for photos.

I told her that was perfect.

Two-year-olds are meant to run, explore, play, and cuddle—not sit still and smile on command. So we spent our session playing together and capturing genuine moments along the way.

The result? Photos that capture him exactly as he is right now—his perfectly two-year-old self. ❤️

For the second part of Ari and Lars's engagement session we went to Overman Park, where they got engaged! And their adorable pup, Rosie, got to join us too🐶 How cute are they?! I can't wait for their September wedding!

Paris Part ✌️

Well...now that I'm all caught up on client photos I can get around to my own! We visited Paris with the kids in August and had an amazing time. I don't think most people think of Paris as a family vacation, but there was plenty for us all to do and enjoy! We stopped at every playground and carousel we saw (there were lots), visited a zoo at Jardin de Plantes and toured a medieval castle (Vincennes). And of course we visited Disneyland, and ate LOTS of yummy treats. But the thing the kids loved most was watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night!
