Florence Scovel Shinn (1871 - 1940) was a New Thought spiritual teacher and metaphysical writer.

A month or so ago, I found audios of her books on YouTube and started listening to them to fall asleep.

I used to think Meta-physicians were quacks but I started saying some of her affirmations and I feel comfortable attributing some of recent positive changes in my life to her teachings.

I highly recommend starting with "The Game of Life and How to Play It."
