Took a day trip yesterday with some homeschool friends to visit an apple farm, and it was the sweetest time. We picnicked, picked some apples, read some favorite books about apples, walked through the flower farm, and ended up on the beach letting all (ten!!) of our kids run around before we headed back home. It truly was the best day. 🍎

The sweetest backyard wedding yesterday- although “backyard” doesn’t quiiite do it justice lol. Carly and Austin, your day was beautiful from start to finish and I’m so happy to have been a part of it!

Hey men of Insta… if you’ve procrastinated on a gift for your mom or the mother of your kids (**yes, you should get the mama of your kids a Mother’s Day present… don’t do what my husband did in the early years of marriage and say “well you’re not MY mom!”… he has since learned from his mistakes 😅**), what about the gift of priceless photos?

Do what did and gift your boo a session with her and the kiddos. She’ll be happy, you’ll be happy, the kids… *probably* won’t be happy, but you can offer them candy as a bribe and then they’ll be happy too!

I think it’s about time I post some beautiful families from various sessions this past year!

I’ve been so bad about keeping up with posting and I’m *so* not into the whole “reel” thing for photos. May make me not relevant or have as many people see my posts but I’m just planning on keeping my photos as photos, not morphing them into videos 😉
