We went to enjoy the synchronized fireflies last night at Congaree National Park but &Son got pretty sleepy before they were fully synced. Plus I didn't bring my camera. It was still an amazing experience and is highly recommended. Plus, the hiking is wonderful. Here's some pictures of the park to enjoy from last month.

I've been told by a lot of you that you miss my posts. While my break from social media has been pleasant, I know that you all want to see more of my pictures, and I continue to accumulate those pictures! I'll share these videos and pictures of our recent spring break in the Smoky Mountains to get things started - all that rain yesterday caused my beloved Big Creek and Mouse Creek Falls to flood, and the flooding was impressive. The videos are from Mouse Creek Falls and Midnight Hole (a popular swimming hole) along with a couple of normal conditions shots from a couple years ago. Needless to say, we didn't do any swimming!
