🎶Allow me to reintroduce myself🎶

My name is Melanie. I was born and raised in the small state of Delaware- but relocated to Big Blue Nation- aka The Bluegrass State aka Kentucky 3 years ago.

When I lived in Delaware; I had quite a bit of clientele…. But lost them when I moved 8 hours away.

My camera sat. Untouched. And I never thought I would pick it up again; until my oldest kid began playing sports. I thought I would give sports photography a try; and I loved it!

I want to make it known- this is a hobby. In my “real life” I am a mom of three and a travel nurse.

I was a mediocre athlete when I was younger- but nothing like seeing a picture of me playing a sport in the school’s yearbook. I think it’s important to build the self esteem of young athletes- and that’s my mission.

I always invite athletes and parents to send me their child’s sport schedules so I can be sure to pop up and take a few shots!
