Danny is a seasoned Cyber Security researcher whose journey started in the Air Force, decoding signals at the binary level and adapting right alongside the evolution of WiFi technologies. His passion for IT Security runs deep, from wireless and IoT to forensics, malware research, and threat hunting.

Over the years, he’s brought his talent to Fortune 100 and 500 companies, serving as a threat hunter, web app pe*******on tester, Red Team lead, security engineer, and analyst. Technical expertise with a playful, inventive spark… that’s Danny.

Meet David - a strategic leader with over a decade of experience in operations and acquisitions. He’s currently pursuing his Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business while running a self-funded search to acquire and grow electrical contracting companies. His mission? To partner with existing owners, honor what they’ve built, and carry their companies into the next generation with integrity.

David wanted a headshot that felt approachable, honest, and down-to-earth, something that reflects his transparency and respect for the trades. And I think we nailed that vibe perfectly.

It was an honor to photograph him and to highlight another veteran making a meaningful impact in our business community.

First up is Rusty, the Schellman & Associates LLC agency owner for American Family Insurance. With more than three decades of experience across business development, operations, project management, cybersecurity, and aviation, Rusty brings a powerful blend of leadership and expertise to everything he does.

His journey began in the military as a Combat Helicopter Pilot, setting the foundation for the strategic thinking, discipline, and steady leadership that still shine through today. After transitioning into civilian life, he continued his path as a Corporate Pilot before moving into his current role helping families protect what matters most.
