Good Evening Table Rock Lake!

Did a quick slide show of the cars in this year's Shakin' in the Shell Fest in Shell K**b, Missouri Classic & Customs Car Show. I got most of the cars this year, and there were some pretty impressive rides!

Good Morning Table Rock Lake! Had a blast yesterday at Shakin' in the Shell Fest in Shell K**b, Missouri in Shell K**b, MO, on Table Rock Lake. So much to do, so much food to eat - and more - even Dinosaurs!

This is just an album of aerials that I shot. I've got tons of camera photos that I will be posting soon, so enjoy these and have a great weekend!

Good Afternoon Table Rock Lake! A little cloudy today, with the remains of Francine headed north through the Ozarks.

But that's not stopping this year's Shakin' in the Shell Fest in Shell K**b, Missouri! Vendors, like Central Crossing Fire Protection District, Shell K**b, MO are onsite setting up their booths to kick off tonight's festivities at 5:00 pm.

Lot of great entertainment and music lined up this year, including 7' tall dinosaurs - definitely not going to miss that!

Don't forget the contests as well, including the Classic & Custom Car Show, and Pooch Palooza & Friends & Mutt show, to name a few.

Will definitely be there tomorrow!

Hello Table Rock Lake!

I have quite a few posts for tonight, trying to get caught up. Been a very busy week, and I got some great shots while I was passing through Kimberling City, Missouri. Since it was lunch time, I couldn't help but stop at Dude's BBQ When I walked up to a pretty impressive setup, the first thing I noticed was the smell of the smoker! Made my mouth water instantly!

I took away a beef brisket sandwich and honey balsamic chicken thighs - both were absolutely delicious, including the side of baked beans with a little pulled pork mixed in.

Good evening Table Rock Lake! We went to Farmers Market of the Ozarks this weekend past to Coastal Cuisine Mobile Eatery to check out their Lobsterfest - alas, after waiting in line for 45 minutes we were told at 10:15 that they had sold out of all their lobster! We really wanted to try their Lobster Roll - maybe next weekend! So to satiate our hunger, we went to the Puerto Rican Flavors food stand. Been ages since I had an empanada, and they did not disappoint!

Good Evening Table Rock Lake! Bonus post this evening; tonight's sunset over Cassville, MO, was so stunning I had to get some quick pics. The combination of yellows, golds, blues, reds, pinks and purples just made these aerials something really special!

Good afternoon Table Rock Lake! Did some shooting in Cassville, MO, across from the Cassville Industrial Park, by Arning Companies, Inc., as well as by the water towers. Also picked up a to go order from Weezer's on Hwy 37. Amazing chicken - don't know many places that actually prepare a fried chicken thigh sandwich, and their chicken and waffles are simply delicious, and don't even get me started on the fried pickles - so briney and crispy!

But I digress - I've never done aerials from this side of Cassville before. Also had to stop and get the obligatory water tower shots as well!

Good Evening Table Rock Lake!

On our way to Springfield this weekend, we made a stop in Clever, MO, to take a few photos. We decided to stop and have brunch at Chef Daddy Burgers. An absolute must try! So many good places to eat around Table Rock Lake, but we are definitely going through Clever, MO every time we go to Springfield, just for their food!

Good Evening Table Rock Lake!

Tonight's post is a 360° Pano of Thorncrown Chapel, just outside of Eureka Springs, Arkansas on Hwy 62 W. Built in 1980, the chapel was designed by E Fay Jones, who apprenticed under Frank Lloyd Wright. According to Wikipedia, the chapel was inspired by the Sainte-Chapelle de Paris. A definite must-see if you're ever in the area.

Good evening Table Rock Lake!

Found some unpublished aerial photos from a trip to Arkansas last fall. These are aerials taken at Inspiration Point Overlook, on Hwy 62, just north of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. These were photographed in early November when the foliage was disaplaying a plethora of colors. The overlook parking lot is about 500' above the White RIver. These photos are about 900' above the White River.
