This is my matriarch, Lucy, a Maine C**n mix. We got her from PetSmart about 15 years ago. I can't believe the time has gone by so fast. Some ask why bother with a professional photographer when I can just take the picture myself on my phone? I think that depends upon how you want your memories preserved and if you see the value. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so check out the images below. One image was taken with my cell phone with no retouching. One was taken with my camera and off camera flash, with a small amount of retouching. I am genuinely curious. Which would you prefer, and do you see the value?
