Morning thoughts over coffee...
Looking back over some previous sessions this morning, and... it's funny, I used to think that senior pics seemed kind of hokey or not something that I was super interested in. Now, they have become some of my absolute favorite photoshoots. It's pretty cool to capture someone right when they are on the verge of starting something amazing or new, and really just beginning to see themselves and know themselves. Senior portraits can be a really unique way to express individuality and creativity and just general joy or hope at the next step. Sometimes, I think we really need that hope, or at least, that glimpse of it, to look back on and remember this version of ourselves. Right now. That's the beauty and the power of pictures.
