Fall update. First off, thank you to all of our amazing customers. We are honored to have you in our lives, and we absolutely love serving your teams, leagues, and schools!
September was our busiest month EVER for our business. The late Labor Day changed lots of our schedule from last year, and 3 of our youth leagues opted for September dates vs normally in October. That meant we did 6 weeks of work (from last year) in under 4 weeks this year. We weren't the only company like that. Many across the nation had the same experience which put huge pressure on our amazing photo lab that we work with.
Our lab had some software issues, and struggles with the volume of work coming through. So instead of us being able to get orders back to parents in 2 weeks or so, we are coming up to almost 3 weeks for our last couple leagues, and 4 weeks for our last few JH teams.
We do apologize for this. We will make some changes to not let that happen on our end for next Fall. Our lab will make some changes as well, but hiring a bunch of new staff for just a month doesn't really help.
Thank you again for your patience. Everything is coming, hopefully before this weekend. We are getting a load of boxes from UPS every day :)
School picture orders are still very close to the 2 week mark. We are running just a couple days late on those.
Thank you again! We really do appreciate all of your smiling faces!
