Ernest Brassard Photographer

Ernest Brassard Photographer As a Cinematographer and Photographer now retired. Lake Tahoe has inspired me to reconnect to my art Our Team documented the Viet Nam war from 1966 to 1970.

I joined the US Navy in 1965 where I studied to become a Navy photographer and diver. Upon completon of my training, the Navy assigned me to a Documentary Team at Pacific Fleet Combat Camera Group as a Cinematographer. After my discharge, I worked as a News Cameraman in San Diego. I was restless and left to work as a freelancer, I then taught at the NASDS Diving Instructor College where I met the

pioneering underwater photographer Ron Church. We created the Ron Church School of Underwater Photography. Now retired here in the Sierra Mountains on the shorres of Lake Tahoe. The incredible beauty surrounding me has so inspired me that I wish to share my colection of images of this spritual landscape. I hope you will enjoy my work.
