One of my favorite trends in senior photography: bringing the family!

Several of my seniors have chosen this option. We capture some extended family portraits at the beginning of the session, and then devote the rest of our time to the graduate. The result is a gallery that both celebrates the milestone, and captures beautiful connections between the generations.

Completely obsessed with how these turned out! Working with Kaylin was a dream. And I absolutely give the award for most dedicated Dad to hers - he carried a personal fan for her (and my water bottle!) up those foothills, just in case it got too hot.

Class of 2026 has been incredible. Can't wait for the next round!

Definitely doesn't feel like graduation weather for most...but for me it does! I graduated ages ago during El Nino and it thundered and poured on my big day - so I guess all this uncharacteristic rain has me feeling a little nostalgic.

I'm launching something special today - with a great cause. My son has been selected to participate as a flag bearer with his US Naval Sea Cadet program - traveling to Philadelphia for the July 2nd Parade in honor of America's 250th Anniversary.

But we need your help to get there! He's got his own fundraiser starting soon and taking odd jobs to pitch, but I'm lending my camera to help him fulfill this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

10 years ago a friend asked me to take a "cash smash" photo of her and her family in honor of her birthday. It's become one of my annual favorite traditions.

There really are no words to describe how wonderful of a woman Margarit Vignerie is - if you know, you know. She is smart; she is capable; she is strong; she is wickedly talented at EVERYTHING (no really, it's insane); she is stylish; she is welcoming; she is resourceful; she is fun. But above all she loves the Lord and points everyone around her to Him.

My friend, may this year bring you all the sweetness you deserve!!! Happy birthday!!
