Three lots. One aerial view. A much clearer way to showcase the property.
This project was a little different from a standard real estate aerial.
The goal was to give the realtor a single image that clearly showcased **three separate lots together**, while still allowing potential buyers to easily understand where each lot was located.
Because of FAA airspace restrictions in the area, I was limited in how high I could legally fly. So instead of simply accepting a limited perspective, I captured multiple aerial images and **stitched them together to create one larger, comprehensive view of the property.**
I then took it a step further by adding **approximate lot-line overlays and individual shading** to visually separate the three lots.
The result is a marketing image that helps buyers quickly see:
📍 The overall property
📐 The approximate location of each lot
🌳 How the lots relate to one another
👀 The bigger picture — all in one image
⚠️ Please note: Lot lines shown are **approximate visual representations for marketing purposes only** and are not intended to represent a legal survey or establish exact property boundaries.
This is what professional aerial media is about.
It's not just about getting the drone in the air and taking a picture. It's about understanding the assignment, working within FAA regulations, overcoming limitations, and finding creative ways to give your client a better finished product.
Do you have a property that needs more than a standard aerial photo? Let's talk.
