York, Maine is a destination location for so many couples but when the rare opportunity arises to work with local friends and family, it’s extra special. Juliana and Joe LOVE the song Rock Lobster and made sure to add it to their wedding reception playlist at the beautiful . What they didn’t know was that Juliana‘s parents had purchased some lobster costumes to surprise the bride and groom during the song. The crowd went wild and Juliana‘s whole family jumped onto the dance floor to partake in this impromptu Rock Lobster photo opportunity. I love when my busy schedule allows for the occasional elopement ceremony. No strict timeline to worry about and the opportunity to hopscotch around my hometown with my couples and just have some stress free fun shooting their portraits. Such was the case with Shannon and Corey at York, Maine’s iconic Wiggly Bridge. Congratulations you two!
