I love a good candid family session at sunset. Toes deep in the sand, salty hair and a whole lot of fun! Most times the best photos come from the organic moments, and isn’t that truly what we want to hold onto most anyway? Time slows for no one and these days are fleeing but that’s what makes every second beautiful.

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of photographing so many families this summer - our busiest summer to date - and boy has it been amazing. Balancing being a full-time mama of two young children, Greg working a full time job, and on top of it running this business is not always easy but it is so dang rewarding. Thank you times a million to those of you who have supported us this summer by booking a shoot, telling a friend, sharing a post, etc. We would be nothing without you all and we are feeling so so grateful.

What started as a hobby taking photos of my best friends has turned into something so much bigger for myself and my family. One thing remains true though, I’ll always be stoked about photographing the people I love. Way back when ~ about 12 years ago ~ I photographed Abby at the Sunny Isles Beach fishing pier in Miami when she came to visit me in Florida. At that time I was navigating life for the first time really on my own, far from home, slowly coming to the realization that I did not want to become a nurse. This session brought me right back to the good old days, where my love for the art really began. I’ve loved photographing you through every stage of life my friend, now arguably you in your most beautiful self, a mother. Keep staying hot.
