I have had an interest in photography since college and got my first SLR film camera as a graduation gift. I started studying (from books) and fell in love with photography. When digital cameras came about, it took me a while to jump on the craze. I've been shooting digital photography since 2014. I live at the shore of New Jersey and spend a lot of time taking landscapes at the beach. I love shar

ing my interest in photography with others--teaching people how to capture their memories. I'm excited about photography and want to share all I've learned with others. I love the creative control you get from a DSLR or Mirrorless camera on Manual Modes. If you want to take control of your camera and learn to make images, let's talk! I've been working on developing my black & white skills. I've learned how to put my camera on the black & white creative style. I think that's helping me.

I love to go out and photograph flowers right after it rains. Sometimes I wait a little too long to get the flowers like this one. Thankfully, this time my timing was spot on!

I was playing around in my class today and I came up with a heart within a heart.

I tried my first multiple exposure (in camera). I went over to the County Park & Zoo. Praise in the Park was taking place, so I tried taking an image of the event name and an image of one of the performers. I'll definitely have to keep practicing this.

If you've never been to the OC Rookery, You really should go. It's amazing. I've never been this late in the season. All the babies are growing. There are so many birds there that it's overwhelming!

Went out last weekend to shoot flowers and got a surprise--an adult garter snake and a baby! They were very cooperative for their pictures to be taken!
