If you wanted to pin point the moment I found photography, let’s journey back to Disney World in 1999. Picture it: Barbie Polaroid Camera, Parade of Lights, and a 5 year old who fell in love with the imperfections of every image. I’m much more of a perfectionist these days, but I’m always leaning into the beautiful chaos that follows me around. Photography is inherently nostalgic. When I look bac

k at old family photos, they’re real. They’re genuine. It’s a moment in time and not just a pose and a smile. It’s the memory. It’s the people who are no longer with us. It’s the good times where in that one moment, everything was perfect. It’s for all of these reasons that photography is so special to me. While I do still take those “posed and smiling” photos, I also seek to capture the emotions you feel and help you relive it over and over again. In terms of weddings, I’m a recent bride myself and have loved weddings my whole life. [ seriously, ask anybody. I’ve probably annoyed people with wedding talk over the years ] . Trust me, I know what you’re going through and I’m here to help make it the most memorable it can be. I’m here to be your bestie through it all - your engagement, your wedding day, your growing family, and everything in between. I can’t wait to see where life takes you, and I’ll be cheering you on the whole way.

Mary and Grace's wedding was truly so beautiful and I had such a hard time narrowing down images for a sneak peek. I loved the fact that their dresses perfectly complimented each other, without knowing what the other dress looked like. I loved the personal touches of origami hearts, custom art and cocktails honoring their cats, their heartfelt vows to each other, and the sentimental toasts from their family. Everything about this day was perfectly dreamy, and I loved getting to capture this day for Mary and Grace 🩵

Katherine + Peyton's wedding this past Saturday was perfectly ethereal, and the rain just added to the magic. Getting to witness their love for each other and the love of their families coming together as one is one of the greatest parts of my job as a photographer. The prayerful ceremony, the emotional toasts, the gorgeous florals and cakes, and the choreographed first dance will forever have a hold on me and I loved getting to capture every minute of it. 🤍

Baylee and Jonas' downtown St. Louis engagement session was beyond dreamy. From the public library to the old post office, and finally to Lafayette Square, I had a blast having these two in front of my camera. I just know their wedding this fall is going to as cool and fun as they are.
