I realized I didn't post one of my favorite days! We took a whale watch and it was just beautiful, Icy Straight Point is a cruise port just outside of Hoonah, Alaska. We were told that the mountains in the background are the Fairweather Mountains, they said it is rare to have such a clear day to see them

In Juneau, Alaska we visited the Mendenhall Glacier and the Macaulay Salmon Hatchery. at the salmon hatchery there were seals and eagles hanging around the entrance to fish ladder.
