I’m back. It’s been a while, maybe too long, but life has been full in the best way. Between my day job and growing my nonprofit, Come And Hike It , I’ve been deep in the work.
Recently though, I experienced a major shift in my career. A positive one. As of January 1, 2026, in addition to elevating my involvement with my nonprofit, I’ll be operating full time as a marketing and creative consultant alongside photography and video production with a focus on the outdoor industry. I’m rolling into this next chapter with real eagerness, excitement, gratitude and nothing but positive vibes.
And honestly, it all makes sense. 2026 is the Year of the Horse. In Chinese astrology, the Horse symbolizes energy, freedom, movement, adventure, and forward momentum. It’s known for bold decisions, independence, creativity, and big shifts. A true “go for it” kind of year.
