These images are full res photos taken from video. That means I have every second of this little one coming into the world. Many people do not realize when I do videography I can get video and photos at the same time. This is not true of all birth videographers so make sure to ask before hiring a videographer. I specifically love how this photo series show the rotation of baby as they make their transition into the world this baby goes from face down then rotates to free his second shoulder.

How enchanting is this session?! I shared a few shots last week but I'm just sending the rest over to mom. So dreamy!

This image pretty much speaks for itself.

Well I thought this image spoke for itself but I will add a few details. Yes the way the baby is being held is probably not ideal but it was a somewhat complicated delivery with heavy meconium and a stuck shoulder. At this point all in the room were thinking baby could have a broken clavicle which had not been checked yet. So while this may not have been the most ideal hold, the Dr was probably concentrating on the meconium and the shoulder and didn’t realize he was holding him this way, or maybe he did and had a reason. Either way this is how this little guy came into the world 🌍 and that’s what I am there to document 🙂
