This week we talk about Taylor Swift’s performance at the The Academy & Academy Museum this past weekend. This is the year she finally wins an Oscar? Will she get on track for an EGOT, or has she done enough in her career?

Just when I thought I couldn’t be more obsessed with Emily Ann Roberts she goes and releases this EP.

There’s been few releases this year that I have actually listened to on release day, and this is one of them. Love that she is embracing her inner side like I am, and I’m fully a fan of hers now.

Bummed that I missed her when I was in Nashville this summer.

As I’ve been transitioning from Disney Kid to Disney Adult, as well as Disney Parent, I couldn’t help but notice how defiant Disney taught us to be.

I thought of so many examples, it of course became a blog. Head over to my Substack to read my list of ways Disney taught us to defy ur parents!

Full disclaimer I used AI to make the first photo, but this weeks blog is all about why I can’t even let myself imagine meeting Taylor Swift.

I go on a full ramble about this, and hope you enjoy it! Please hold back judgement on the AI use, how else am I supposed to get a photo of Taylor & I making sourdough together?

Happy (almost) World Mental Health Day 💛

My anxiety is like my annoying little sister who just won’t go away. This year she got loud. Daily panic attacks that left my whole body exhausted.

So today on LizLog I’m getting real about what it actually looks like, what helps me (Jeff, creating, cookie dough ice cream), and what I wish people understood.

Plus my happy place 🌿🎸

Tell me yours in the comments.

Growing up in the early 2000s, yall can tell I’m a big Swiftie. One thing I don’t talk about much is how big of a Hannah Montana fan I am.

We had to drive through the town they filmed the Hannah Montana movie in, and I’m 90% sure I found one of the buildings they filmed at.

We also stopped by the The Bluebird Cafe, where we couldn’t get in for the show, but they still let me step inside which was enough for me.
We also checked out Skinny Dennis from the recommendation of Ben Durand!

Read the latest for more details on the trip!

So let’s get into it.

Gotta love how Taylor is giving us too much content for me to even keep up with in a timely manner!!

I give you my gut reactions to each of the four new songs Taylor Swift graced us with, as well as her music video for “Patient Zero”.

What was your favorite song of the four? What are your thoughts on the rerelease in general?

Hope yall enjoy, and please let me know your thoughts on the new songs! Always looking for new Swiftie friends.
