I wanted to pop on here and say hi after being a little quiet. After wedding season wrapped, I intentionally stepped back to rest, recharge, and spend time in prayer about where God is leading my business next. That pause was so needed, and Iām incredibly grateful I gave myself the space to listen and reflect.
While Iām so excited and honored to serve a small handful 2026 wedding couples, I truly feel called in this season to pour more of my time into the portrait side of my business, and even more importantly, into being present as a wife and mama. Last year, I felt God gently pulling on my heart to take a step back from shooting 15ā20 weddings a season and to steward my children and home well. With two littles who still need their mama close, I knew it was time to shift.
Because of that, I wonāt be taking on any additional weddings for this season ā but I would absolutely LOVE to connect with you for portrait sessions! Families, seniors, maternity, newborns, and all the beautiful in-between momentsā¦ thatās where my heart is right now, and Iām SO excited for it.
Iām also dreaming up something really special for spring minis next month, and as soon as all the little details are buttoned up, Iāll be sharing!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. For all your support, your trust, your encouragement, and your kindness. Iām so grateful for each of you. We serve such a big God, and I truly believe He has beautiful plans ahead. šæ
