Newborn sessions with SCP usually take place when baby is 2-3 weeks new. Featuring the gallery I delivered yesterday - loved how we were able to capture the beauty in the chaos that IS having 3 kids including a 2-year-old toddler boy (I have been there myself!). So many of my clients wonder if we got "any good shots" during the session- sometimes in the moment, as you're being climbed on, bribing your toddler, holding your new baby, and trying to smile and act relaxed- it feels too crazy to know if we are getting "any good ones". But I won't stop till I know we got 'em! Promise! I got your back, mama!

So if you're expecting a baby in the coming months: now is the time to reach out and book your studio time before baby arrives. I will always try to accommodate last minute "baby is already here!" Booking requests, but I cannot always fit them in- especially during my busiest summer and fall months.

Max & Finn are growing quick! Their sweet grandparents were visiting so we planned the shoot accordingly and snuck them into lots of photos - I cannot IMAGINE a more lasting and precious heirloom keepsake than these images!

NYC lifestyle in-home newborn session with THE most beautiful family. This mama put ALL the tender care into preparing the family and home for this special shoot. They've come to me in CT before a few times but with a busy family of 6, opted for an in-home session this time. From fresh florals to professional hair and makeup and carefully curated wardrobe, this mama made their session absolute perfection! She followed the prep guide we send and the session went smoothly and efficiently in just under 2 hours start to finish including indoor and outdoor images. 👏🏻👊🏻🙌🏻

I do a LOT of maternity shoots but this one is a recent fave I'm excited to share! Soon-to-be big sister ended up sitting with mom to get her hair put up and boy did she steal the show in the photoshoot! Every look you see is provided in the studio wardrobe with the exception of jeans/button-up. That's the one look I always ask clients to bring if they'd like just because jeans are a tough one fit!
