ITS FRIDAYYYY ❤️‍🔥

Tonight is the Pelvic Floor Ladies night! We have quite a few people coming but there is always room for more. Americkan Wellness LLC will be doing a Q&A session as well! She will have a zoom link if you want to attend that instead. Let me know if you need the link!

Even if you just want to come for some snacks and a fun night out, you will still leave with valuable info!

For my ladies that are coming, I believe I reached out to all of you. If I missed you (so sorry), please wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in also bring a yoga mat or something similar to sit on. We will be doing some light exercises for the pelvic floor. Nothing crazy, you won’t be sweating. 😂

Since going down the bo***ir path it’s opened my eyes to how every body type is celebrated. And every body type should be celebrated. Working with different women of all shapes and sizes, watching them come in with confidence in themselves, and experiencing them falling in love with their bodies has truly been eye opening. This has helped me have a better relationship with my body and what I see in the mirror. I’ve noticed I don’t pick myself apart as much, I’m beginning to wear things I normally wouldn’t feel comfortable in. And im not even the one infront of the camera! (most of the time) Yeah the pictures you get from me are hot af and a bonus. But at the end of the day the photos are just a bonus and a reminder from the experience of seeing yourself how the world sees you! You’re gorgeous no matter your size, height, weight, race, etc. and I wanna show you that. 🖤

That’s why I always give the option for different vibes during your session. Each set you get in your collection you also get an outfit. 3 sets = 3 outfits = 3 different vibes. 🤭❤️‍🔥

There’s one fear almost every woman brings into bo***ir, and it’s not posing or outfits. It’s the fear of being seen.
Really seen. Showing up without hiding, without fixing yourself first, without shrinking.

A lot of us were taught that being visible is risky, that standing fully in who you are invites judgment. But what if being seen meant being celebrated instead. What if it meant finally seeing yourself clearly and owning your presence.
