It’s officially that time of year again… the leaves are about to change, the weather is about to become unpredictable, and parents everywhere are about to ask their children to please just look at the camera for ONE photo. 😂

But here’s the thing: family photos don’t have to be stressful.

This fall is filled with so many beautiful ways to capture your family, your little ones, and all the magic of the season! Here’s what you can expect from each of our upcoming limited sessions:

📚 **Back to School** — A quick and fun **10-minute session** in my studio at the Village Warehouse (formerly known as the ) in Canton! The perfect way to celebrate another school year and capture those big kid personalities.

🎃 **Fall Festival** — Enjoy **30 minutes** at Debuck’s in Belleville! We’ll capture your family surrounded by all the best fall fun and festive backdrops and then they can be rewarded with great food and all the fun games and activities!!

🌅 **Honey Glow** — **30-minute golden hour sessions** in Canton and Livonia, depending on the date! This extra time allows us to capture both the beautifully posed portraits *and* the candid, in-between moments we all love so much.

👻 **Halloween Stroll Micro Minis** — I’ll be handing out candy during this Village Warehouse event and offering **5-minute micro-mini sessions** with the spookiest backdrop for just **$10!** 🎃 No need to pre-book, but a link will be available if you’d like to reserve your spot ahead of time!

🎄 **Classic Noel** — **30-minute studio sessions** in Canton, available from October through December! Pre-book your **Full Gallery**, and you’ll receive 30 minutes and **all viable edited images for just $249!** No hidden costs. No surprise upgrades. Just plenty of time to capture the magic and a full gallery of memories to share and print.

There’s something about sunflowers that feels like the perfect bridge between summer and fall.🌻☀️

The days are still long. The kids are still running around outside. There’s still plenty of sunshine and a little more freedom in the schedule…

…but you can feel it coming.

School.
Sports.
Dance.
Homework.
Pumpkin patches.
Fall festivals.
All the things that make the calendar fill up before we even realize summer is over.

So before we trade our flip-flops for sneakers and our slow summer evenings for busy school nights, maybe take one afternoon to celebrate the season you just spent so much time living.

Come play in the sunflowers.
Let the kids run.
Take a few pictures together.
And for just a little while, don’t worry about what’s next.

I have to give credit where it’s due… ❤️

I can’t take credit for finding these incredible hidden gems around Detroit—that honor goes to this amazing dad. He led the adventure, shared some of his favorite spots, and invited me along to document an evening that I’ll never forget.

As I edited their gallery, I found myself smiling over and over again.

Because every image felt real and full of fun!

You can see the joy on Mom and Dad’s faces. The quiet pride they have for the three incredible young men they’ve raised. The laughter, the conversations, and all of the sibling jokes.

These are the memories that matter.

As a family photographer, my favorite sessions aren’t about perfect smiles—they’re about preserving connection, personality, and the season of life you’re in right now. Whether your children are toddlers, teenagers, or young adults, your story deserves to be remembered.

To this wonderful family… thank you for trusting me with these moments. It was such an honor to spend the evening with you.
