Been watching and waiting for the first bloom of these beautiful Irises. It waited until this Easter morning, as it was then unfolded from its wrappings. Purple in the High Priest’s garments signifies royalty, wealth, and mediation. It was used in the ephod, the breastpiece, and as decorative pomegranates on the hem of the robe, representing the tribe of Levi’s, and the priest’s, royal, and sacred status in service to God. Have a Blessed Resurrection Day… He is risen indeed !!!!

Spring, bringing new life , resurrection of what was dead… Not all that looks dead is dead, without life. We can look at our lives, not just once every spring, but each day. Choose life each day. One of the greatest days….Resurrection Day…this Easter morning. Yes…choose life.

As the dogwood legend goes, the tree was once very large and made a large cross for the crucifixion, however Christ cursed it to be small and tweeted, never more to be a cross. The blossoms took on the form of a cross with nail markings at the ends of it peddles and crown of thorns on the center. Brings forth a lovely blossom each Easter season to remind everyone there is a Christ, crucified, dead and buried, then risen again on the third day. Remember Christ in the Blossom this Easter. 👑

Just spent a couple of weeks in New Philadelphia, Ohio; a small town in the Amish countryside. These small town folks were tremendous and the hills offered a wealth of of barn shots and a bunch of buggies. Step back to the countryside and enjoy. Blessings
