🧁🍪🍞One of my favorite things is when some of my favorite bakery customers become photography clients. 🥹 And somehow, it's even sweeter when they've got their own little bun in the oven! 🍞🍪🧁
I absolutely loved spending the evening celebrating this exciting season with these two as they prepare to welcome their newest family member. They brought along their sweet pups, and I genuinely can't get over how incredibly well-behaved they were. We were all laughing because they seemed to know exactly when the camera was pointed at them, striking pose after pose like little professionals.
This session was full of so much joy, excitement, and love, and I left with a full heart. I already know this little one is joining such a wonderful family. 🤍

✨🌼 I don't quite know how to explain how wonderful this family's session was, except to say I wish I could bottle it up and save it for a rainy day. 🌼✨
They were sunshine, kindness, love, and everything you hope fills a family. The love they have for their daughter was something you could genuinely feel, and she was the sweetest little girl. She may have been one of the best behaved kiddos I've ever had the joy of photographing, and her curiosity and joy made every moment feel effortless.
One of the very first photos we took was of her spinning around in the golden sunset. The second I looked at the back of my camera, I knew. I knew this session was going to become an instant favorite.
Some sessions are beautiful because of the light. Some are beautiful because of the location. But every once in a while, you meet a family that makes every frame feel alive. Their patience, the way they looked at each other, the laughter they shared, and the quiet moments in between created something that can't be posed.
Thank you for trusting me to capture this season of your lives. before your move It was such an honor to spend the evening with your beautiful family, and I hope these photographs always remind you of just how deeply loved your little girl is.

Some people just light up every room they walk into, and that's Amy. 💛

I met Amy when I first started bringing my bakery to the BX, and we became quick friends. She's one of the happiest, brightest people you'll ever meet, so when she told me she was graduating, I knew we had to celebrate with a photoshoot!

To make it even sweeter, her husband had just returned home from deployment, so we got to capture this exciting new chapter together. These are the moments I absolutely love documenting.

P.S. Amy also gave us one of her kittens, and he's become the funniest little addition to our family. His name is Onyx Rayne, and if you scroll to the last photo, you'll see his squishy, chaotic little face. Trust me, it's worth it. 🖤🐈

When Mom asked if they could do their session in pastels, I about cried with happiness. 💕
I LOVE working with color, and these guys absolutely nailed their palette. Every outfit complemented the others perfectly, and the whole session felt soft, joyful, and straight out of a dream.
To make it even sweeter, Mom ended up receiving her gallery the very same day baby made their grand entrance into the world. Talk about perfect timing! 🥹
This session was such a joy from beginning to end, and I couldn't be more excited to finally share a few favorites.

I swear Clovis is trying to kill me. 😅

After spending the last month battling a sinus infection that turned into an ear infection, yesterday was the first day I woke up without excruciating pain. Needless to say, I am beyond excited to finally be feeling like myself again and getting back to sharing sessions with all of you.

So, what better way to kick off the start of summer than with the wonderful Strong couple?

The minute I showed up for their session, I knew we were going to have an absolute blast. These two had me laughing from start to finish, and their love for each other shines through in every single image.

I'm especially grateful we were able to squeeze this session in before she heads off to 911 dispatcher training. Between the two of them, they're one hell of a couple, and I have no doubt they're going to tackle this next chapter together just as beautifully as they tackle everything else.

Happy Mother’s Day to every mom out there, and especially to mine. This year, my mom lost her own mom, my Nana, and this is the first Mother’s Day where we can’t call her. Even in absence, love lingers. Despite all life’s ups and downs, my mom has always been there to lift me up when I’ve stumbled. Today I celebrate her resilience, her strength, and all that she is.

P.S. Fingers crossed that this might be my last Mother’s Day not being a mom myself.

🤍Your last baby—the perfect final chapter to your family story.🤍

If you asked me to pick my favorite photo from this session… I genuinely don’t think I could 🥹 Every single image feels special. These kiddos were so incredibly sweet and funny, and knowing while I was taking these photos that I’d soon have the honor of capturing their baby’s birth made this session even more meaningful.

Watching these two parent their kids with so much love and patience was an absolute joy to witness. And with everything going on in the world, it felt especially wonderful that Dad was home and able to be part of these memories and photos with his family 🤍

And Mom?! Absolutely stunning. Photographing her is such a joy every single time ✨
