I need to take a moment to fully recognize and apologize to those I have been behind on messaging.
I don't believe that any one of our families have dealt with this pandemic in the same capacity that any other family has. Mine is no different. We have had our share of ups & downs while trying to navigate the ever changing day to day life.
Unfortunately we have grieved the loss of some very dear loved ones in these months. We have felt the panic alongside many parents concerning our children's education.
We found solace in their return to school this past September, we were very ready to pick up the pieces and couldn't wait to see their faces light up knowing the were getting to see their teachers & friends. Unfortunately after only a few weeks, we had to make one of the toughest calls we've ever had to make and once again revert to remote teaching at home.
I knew by making this call it would mean that instead of being on top of my messages, I would be spending the majority of my days alongside my children & their teachers working meticulously for their education.
As a parent, I have not regretted a single second of time that I have poured into what is best for them and thankfully have been able to see their work pay off tenfold.
As a business owner I have remained open and as available as possible to continue building something I love to do for all of you so deeply. I have kept my hours updated regularly and have made my pricing upfront and accessible, booking sessions readily available through a constant up to date calendar online, and working steadfast in all my spare moments to complete the editing of all my clients' albums.
Once again, I apologize for the delay in my responsiveness. I know many of you have become accustomed to messages & emails being returned within the next if not the same day. My promise is to continue working to get back to this expectation.
I am truly thankful for those of you whom have been understanding and have loyally continued trusting my work when it comes to capturing your family's special portraits.
These several months have thrown us all so many curve balls and I am humbled by the measure of compassion and understanding that so many of you have shown during these unpredictable times. I assure you all that I remain steadfast in my work and will do all I can to uphold what you have all come to expect from my work.
