I finally got around to checking out Pipestone and oh my, is it gorgeous!

I've been AWOL due to being sick and traveling every other weekend! I've used these past couple sick days to catch up on some editing!
-
In other news I am getting a website together to offer some prints! I'll make a post about that soon here once I get everything all situated!

---The Witch House---
Funnily enough it was not home to a witch, but rather the judge during the time of the Salem Witch Trials (around 1670!)

Going at night was definitely the best part, not only to avoid the crowds during the daytime, but it honestly made for the best photos.

I loved seeing all of the New England style homes and learning about their history, especially with it being over 200 years older than most towns here in the Midwest!

I wasn't able to bring my whole camera case with me for this trip so I chose my 35mm lens & a dream.

While these photos may not be the closest & National Geographic-like, I love that it shows exactly what I was able to see from the boat.

The humpback whales were so amazing to see up close and personal & watching the Atlantic dolphins ride on the waves as the storm made the water more choppy, it truly felt ethereal.

I was so excited to cross this off of my bucketlist, especially with growing up in Arizona and moving out here to the midwest, I will welcome any chance to go out to the ocean.

This past weekend I got a chance to go check out one of our local state parks and boy was it stunning! After sitting and fine-tuning my camera settings, I hit the hiking trails!
