I'm a candid photographer who enjoys capturing moments as they are presented in real life, and transforming that experience into a keepsake you and others can preserve for a lifetime! That being said, even though my style is typically candid, I can also position and assist with many different variables for those who feel they lack movement or knowledge about what to do in front of a camera! I also
take pride in the clarity as well as the quality of the photos I produce, and am persistently recognized for my attention to detail! I utilize over 4 years of experience with modeling, which helps me to get creative in so many ways now that I am on the other side of the camera. Not only do I understand how to assist clients in posing naturally, but I also know how to instruct clients on applying emotion when needed, or by directing the small adjustments to get a photo to absolute perfection! I am self taught, so when I have spare time, I use the opportunity to educate myself on numerous aspects of photography, lighting, and modeling! I enjoy learning from multiple instructional outlets and other individuals in the industry, and with the industry constantly changing, it has become a constant state of taking on new challenges, themes, and concepts! Using the Internet as my tool, I watch videos of different techniques and lighting, makeup and hair tutorials, as well as videos on photo editing and retouching lessons using various software and procedures. I have spent a significant amount of time learning how to use my equipment correctly, while also slowly upgrading my knowledge and gear, enabling me to experiment and try new approaches. I conduct myself in a professional, and friendly, manner at all times. When I am not working, I am quite social, pleasant, and easy going. I also like to be as comfortable as possible when I am expected to take part in a session of any kind, and I base my wardrobe selection on not only the weather, but the type of clients I will be interacting with! For example, if I were to take part in a wedding, I would be dressed professionally and my appearance would be well kept. Similarly, during a session with family and pets, I will be dressed more casually in athletic clothing which will make it easy for me to move freely, capturing the rapidly flowing nature of the photo shoot.
