We have a winner!

Congratulations to Senior graphic design student, Donyea Daniels!

If you want to purchase one of the t-shirts designed by our very own Donyea, click the link in the comments. Sales will close tomorrow (Wednesday) at 4 PM and shirts will be available for pickup at SOWEGA Creative after school (3:30 PM) on Friday, September 20 immediately after school.

This is a very fast turnaround, so get them while you can!

Help the students of SOWEGA Creative decide on the Homecoming shirt design.

The design with the most positive reactions (likes, loves) will be the design we print this week!

Voting closes tomorrow (Tuesday) at noon!

*note that the final design may be fine-tuned from this preliminary mockup for spelling, sizing, or layout revisions.

As the week comes to a close, this team is one deserving of recognition. Every single helmet, every single Eagle decal, every stripe, and every number that was applied was applied by these students. For the first time since we started printing and applying our own decals, no adults had to touch a helmet. It was all students!

Every ticket that was cut, stacked and counted- it was done by this team of designers. Every sponsor banner that was printed, grommeted, and hung on the fence- it was this crew!

Congratulations to the winners of our Graphic Design Escape Challenge.

Students worked in teams and used critical thinking skills to interpret binary code, solve riddles, and do research about current events and trends in the graphic design industry to unlock 7 locks. The first team to unlock all 7 locks in each class won!

Great job, Designers!

Graphic Design students wasted no time getting right into creating on the first day of school. Junior graphic design students began working on the proposal and mock-ups for this year's football helmets.

Sophomores and Juniors created their First Day Posters to introduce Canva and File Management to Sophomores and as a refresher for Juniors.
