It’s always such a joy getting to photograph the Hamer family — I’ve had the honor of capturing their story since before their wedding, and somehow it just gets better every time. 💛

This session was all about playing on the beach, exploring, and soaking up those salty, sunshine-filled moments together. Watching their family grow over the years has been the sweetest thing, and I’m so grateful they keep letting me tag along with my camera.

We had an absolute blast during this session! Working with younger children often feels like an hour of just getting to play — and honestly, that’s the best kind of session. Their energy, curiosity, and joy bring everything to life. 💛

I know I’ve been terrible about posting sneak peeks the past, I dunno, YEAR🤪 but I promise I’m still here and still working. Photography has had to take a bit of a back seat with all the other demands of life — especially after our move to North Carolina — but I’m slowly finding my rhythm again. Thank you all for your continued support. It means the world. 🫶

Exploring a new location in my new community with this newly engaged couple. ❤

For those of you who don't already know, I've moved! My family now resides in Camden County, NC, and I will slowly begin focusing my work efforts down here and commuting to Hampton Roads less often. I'll still offer mini sessions in HR throughout the year so be on the lookout for those posts as they come.

And congratulations to Scoot and Kimberly! These two were so fun and easy to work with. I'm thankful they showed me this spot - it was GORGEOUS!
