We've been plotting this session all summer and we were finally able to sneak into the studio for a couple minutes this past weekend to put our vision into action.

A little pink, a little bubblegum, and a whole lot of personality. 💕

These are the kinds of sessions that make my creative heart happy—taking an idea we've been tossing around and turning it into something that's completely her.

A little sneak peek from this weekend's senior session.

We spent the morning at his grandparents' farm, incorporating his guitar and a place that already means something to him into his senior photos.

These are the sessions I love—the ones that feel personal and tell a little bit of their story.

Apparently the photographer part of my brain doesn't take days off.

Yesterday was supposed to be all about sunshine, waves and a day on the boat with family. Then we passed under this bridge and my brain immediately went... oooooh, look at those lines.

So obviously I had to pull out my phone and take a few photos on the way back through.

Now I just need to figure out how to get back there with my actual camera.

A pretty great birthday present from my hubby today. 🥰
Ryan picked up a copy of last week’s local paper for me—and there on the front page was one of my photos from Art on Main!
Then I opened it up to find several more of my images included with the write-up about the event. ❤️📷
I loved spending Art on Main weekend photographing everything happening throughout downtown Cambridge, so seeing my images used to help tell the story of the event was pretty special. And having one make the front page? Even better.

Last year, Emily opened up their beautiful property to me for a senior session. This year, she invited me back—but this time, to capture a very different and very special season.

Their family is growing, and I loved getting to document this sweet chapter before their newest little one arrives.

And big sister? I think that smile says she’s pretty excited about her new role.
