Sometimes the people who laugh the most, help others the most and look the strongest are fighting silent battles no one sees.
The heartbreaking loss of Brian Nandana is a painful reminder that men are human too. They feel pain. They experience betrayal. They carry fears, pressure and emotional wounds in silence.
May we build a world where men are protected, valued, listened to and loved while they are still alive.

Brian Nandana’s story has left many people shocked, hurt and asking questions.
A life was lost. Dreams were cut short. A community is mourning.
As we talk about justice, let us also talk about men’s lives, men’s pain, men’s safety and men’s mental wellbeing.
Men deserve genuine friendships.
Men deserve safe spaces.
Men deserve to be heard before it’s too late.
A man’s life matters too.
A man’s pain matters too.
