Bradley K. Brown Photography

Bradley K. Brown Photography Bradley K. Brown is a Texas-based photographer whose unique eye is used to capture amazing imagery. Hi. My name is Bradley K. Brown.

I was born in Flint, Michigan in 1979. Fortunately, my parents moved to Texas when I was quite young, where I have happily called the Lone Star State home ever since. My love of photography began in college where I studied architecture at the University of Houston. It was there I obtained my first digital camera, which was pathetically low-resolution at the time. My interest in photography truly b

loomed in 2004 during a trip to the Grand Canyon. I had bought a 3-megapixel camera (the height of the technology at the time,) and was blown away by the results. I could tell then that I had a keen eye for composition, and for capturing sights in ways that others couldn't. Since that trip, my skills have grown by leaps and bounds, culminating with my work being displayed at the WPPI Photography Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2018. While COVID-19 has taken its toll on photographers, especially those who love to travel (as I do,) my love for photography has not diminished and I continue to look forward to traveling, adventuring, and capturing as many incredible images as I can for as long as I can.

The view from Nichols Ledge is quite something. Getting to this view was an interesting experience. Driving a rented mini-van, I braved some questionable 'roads' to get to the trailhead, then a half-mile hike up steep terrain (and I'm not in nearly good enough shape for that) had me questioning all my life choices. But this view when reaching the top was absolutely worth it.

I intended to stay through sunset, but once the sun started going down, the entire scene was shrouded in shadow, making it pointless. Next time I'll drive a 4x4 and spend a lot more time here.

While visiting New England this fall, I had the opportunity to visit Stephen King's house in Bangor, Maine. What better photo to share on Halloween than a photo of the master of horror himself?

From covered bridges to the view Cadillac Mountain at Acadia National Park, the fall colors were quite beautiful to take in. While exploring, I took care to find some of the prettiest scenes possible, chasing the light and taking advantage wherever possible.

I knew Boston contained a lot of history, but I was unprepared for how blown away by this city I would be. The Boston Public Library was incredible, the Massachusetts State House was one of my favorite places to visit and the Old North Church, Meeting House and countless other sights in the city make me want to immediately return.

Though the Red Sox season is over, I got to tour Fenway Park the day after they clinched their playoff spot. This park is not only 113 years old, but far more impressive in person than I expected.

Happy Thanksgiving! On this day, where families gather and drama typically ensues, here's a nice relaxing photo of Destin Beach, Florida. May this bring you at lease some calm in what can be a stressful holiday.

Went on a road trip in 2022 to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for the first time. Our stop at Tahquamenon Falls (pronounced like phenomenon) was perhaps my favorite of the entire trip.

Cinderella's Castle at Disney World is beautiful no matter the time of day. I was lucky to get absolutely perfect weather and lighting for it the entire visit. Which of these is YOUR favorite?
