Girl… sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve been holding in until you finally get a moment to breathe.

You’ve been holding it together for everybody.
Showing up when you’re tired.
Smiling when your heart is heavy.

Answering the messages.
Handling the house.
Taking care of the kids.
Being there for your friends.

Working.
Planning.
Remembering everything.
Trying to be patient.
Trying to be understanding.
Trying not to lose yourself somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else.

And then one day, you’re sitting in your car for five extra minutes because you just need a moment where nobody needs anything from you.

No explaining.
No fixing.
No pretending.
Just silence.

So take that moment.
Take a deep breath in…
And when you exhale, let some of that weight leave with it.

Exhale the version of yourself you keep trying to become for everyone else.
Exhale the “I should have.”
Exhale the “what if.”
Exhale the need to control what isn’t yours to control.

Seeing the confidence, beauty, and transformation that can happen in front of the camera made me realize how much I love the art of bo***ir photography.

It’s not just about taking pretty pictures; it’s about helping women see themselves differently, celebrate who they are, and capture a side of themselves they may not always take the time to appreciate.

This experience inspired me to continue learning, creating, and giving other women the chance to feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. ✨
