BROTHERS. One of them is always shouting in the other’s ear because those aren’t the rules of the game. Footsteps echo as they race away into the woods. Mischievous laughter rings out as they drag each other across the floor in a box.
They tussle like puppies and spar fiercely with words. They draw lines in the sand, then dance all over them, trying to understand the world and their place in it. They copy each other’s ideas. They push everything just a little too far. It’s sometimes exasperating.
It’s messy. It’s loud. And whether they know it yet or not, it’s love.
